Places we went to in Essaouira:
Emeraude Hotel
Taros Cafe-Live Music
Kasbah Sqala and souks
For lunch we recommend, Chez Kanaan:
2, Chefchaouini Sq.
In my opinion the most beautiful square in Essaouira!
Wanderers in search of adventure, we are constantly moving and discovering this world. At last, our "sort of" travel-blog, which will serve as a journal or a photographic "fourtout" where you can find everything and anything about places we visited and people we met along the way.

Morocco, Essaouira-1
Morocco, Essaouira to Agadir
We left Agadir where we spent one night just to relax (unless you're looking for casinos and night clubs during your stay in Morocco, Agadir is not worth more than one night!)
The drive to Essaouira was tiring, we thought it was a highway direct from Agadir but in fact we ended up driving on mountaineous roads again! However, the views were amazing, on the left the ocean and sand dunes and on your right mountains, palm trees and goats.
On our way to Essaouira we had lunch in Taghazout, 19 km north of Agadir. This small town is the firt destination for surfers in Morocco. It has a ladiback atmosphere and you will find more camping cars than hotels.
It was pouring the whole time we were on the road, I was able to get some pictures from the car.
Once we arrived in Essaouira, we walked 20 minutes under the rain to find our Riad, again with the help of men, women and kids, we finally arrived at the Hotel Emeraude (see Essaouira blog).
